A promotion is defined as any discount, deal, special price, product giveaway, gift with purchase, prize or multi-offer.

All price-related promotions are calculated based on the general retail price at the time of the promotion. In some cases, customer-specific pricing may already be lower than the general retail price. It is not intended that an already-lower customer-specific price will be further discounted.
Where the promotion is a prize draw, each participant may only enter once, the prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Participants agree to the use of their name and photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
NXP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, for any reason. In the event of fraud or any circumstance that affects proper conduct of the promotion, NXP reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the process, or who violates these terms and conditions.
To enter the draw you must complete registration and attend the Expo event in person on Tuesday 9 April 2024.
Stationery Cabinet Refill: Customers who sign up for a new Vending Solution (VMI) contract will be entered into the draw to win a free refill of assorted office products available from NXP, valued at $800 (recommended retail price) and including free delivery. This promotion ends Friday 10 May 2024 and the prize draw will be on Friday 17 May 2024.
Coffee Machine Prize: A Lavazza LB1050 model will be provided free with supply of coffee capped at 600 capsules. Delivery is included and no installation is required. The promotion period is Tuesday 9 April 2024 and the prize draw will be on Friday 12 April 2024.
Overland Fitting Service: A free safety footwear fitting service will be provided by Overland at one customer site in a metropolitan area for up to 200 staff. The promotion period is Tuesday 9 April 2024 and the prize draw will be on Friday 12 April 2024.

To receive the gift the NXP customer must purchase four (4) Uni Laknock Ballpoint Retractable SN-100 1.0mm Blue Pens, NXP product number 18848465.
The promotion period is from from 1 April 2024 to 30 April 2024, or while stocks last.
For each Spectrum chair purchased, NXP will arrange for (optional) free collection and recycling of your old unwanted chair.
The collection quantity will not exceed the ordered quantity. NXP will contact the buyer to confirm collection details after the order has been placed.
