She has more than 20 years’ experience in leading high-performing teams and growing large complex businesses. Prior to NXP, Anne-Marie was Group GM of Hally Labels, a trans Tasman label manufacturer of a similar scale to NXP.

Anne-Marie has brought her set of values to NXP. Nothing complicated – just old fashioned manners, greetings, farewells, respect for elders, care for visitors and thinking of others. She aspires to lead a business that can achieve its commercial objectives whilst treating people properly along the way.

With her husband and two teenage children, Anne-Marie lives in Auckland. Yes, she confesses to being pretty-much a workaholic, but they do have a holiday spot in sunny Northland and from time-to-time you’ll find her visiting family & friends in Cambridge, where she grew up.
