Our ecoStarter Pack comes in a recycled paper box that complements our slightly imperfect coloured bottles. Did you know that those pristine white plastic bottles you were buying are not actually eco-friendly? They are made from imported plastic beads and pure petroleum virgin-based plastic. Our bottles may not look perfect, but they are better for the environment. That's the ugly truth!

Orders $50 and over + GST qualify for free shipping. Orders under $50 will incur a small shipping fee of $6 (both exclude GST).
If any item you receive is faulty or damaged we'll either refund, exchange or replace the item (which option depends on what the item is and what the best answer is for you). For change of mind returns we have a 30 day window in which you can do that, with a restocking fee of $7.50 per order and some terms and conditions (must be in original packaging, not damaged etc).
Technology items have a shorter return window and must come back within 14 days. Other items are not able to be returned and these are denoted by our “not returnable” icon.
