Our blend of ethically traded beans is roasted medium dark for a full bodied espresso with an earthy complexity. A combination of Fair trade Organic Mexican Chiapas ( fully washed) and Timor (Fully Washed) and Organic Sumatra Mandheling ( semi washed).
