All price-related promotions are calculated based on the general retail price at the time of the promotion. In some cases, customer-specific pricing may already be lower than the general retail price. It is not intended that an already-lower customer-specific price will be further discounted.
Where the promotion is a prize draw, each participant may only enter once, the prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Participants agree to the use of their name and photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
NXP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, for any reason. In the event of fraud or any circumstance that affects proper conduct of the promotion, NXP reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the process, or who violates these terms and conditions.
All promotions and products are advertised in good faith to be available at the time of sale. However, unforeseen circumstances such as supply or delivery problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock unavailability.
